The vision of Rocky Mountain Hospice is to be the hospice provider of choice through mission-driven decision making with an obsessive dedication to quality and service.
GOAL
The primary goal of Rocky Mountain Hospice is to improve the quality of life when the quantity of life is limited. This is achieved by providing palliative care and support services designed to meet the patient and family’s physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. Hospice care is provided by an interdisciplinary team utilizing a “holistic” approach to the care delivered to patients either in their own home or in a health care center.

Rocky Mountain Hospice is committed to providing the highest quality of hospice care possible in a cost effective and fiscally responsible manner. Rocky Mountain Hospice will be guided by the principles of RESPONSIVE CARE, TEAMWORK, LEADERSHIP, and STEWARDSHIP. Care to the patient and caregivers will enable those served to experience death with grace and dignity. The Governing Board, staff, and volunteers will work together to:
